'Partnering for Sustainable Innovation through Chemistry'

On April 17 and 18, 2012, SusChem's 10th Stakeholder Event took place at the Diamant Conference and Business Centre in Brussels.

The theme of the 2012 edition was 'Partnering for Sustainable Innovation through Chemistry'. Participants heard how sustainable chemistry can and will transform the European innovation landscape in the coming years: resource & energy efficiency, water management, raw materials, smart cities - these are all areas where chemistry has a key role to play through strong partnerships. Speakers provided valuable information on current and future European partnership programs, driven from the Innovation Union and Horizon 2020 objectives.
